Every kraft paper corrugated packaging box carries the dual mission of protecting products and safeguarding the environment. A reusable, long-lasting green storage partner. Our meticulous craftsmanship throughout the entire process, from raw paper selection to molding and processing, serves the core goals of “environmentally friendly, durable, and recyclable.”
First, there’s the flexibility of freely customizable sizes. Different industries and products have vastly different requirements for the size and structure of packaging boxes. We offer a complete range of customization options for various sizes. Using professional software to calculate the optimal unfolded diagram, we minimize raw material waste while ensuring compressive strength. Whether it’s a regular cuboid, square, or an irregularly shaped structure with dividers, windows, or handles, we can design and produce it to your needs.
The choice of materials is the cornerstone of the box’s durability. We use environmentally friendly, high-strength virgin kraft paper for both the outer and inner liner—this paper has long fibers, high toughness, and tear resistance far exceeding that of ordinary recycled paper. The core layer uses high-grammage corrugated paper, offering optimal cushioning performance, good flatness, and balanced compressive strength, suitable for printing on exquisite small boxes. All linerboard and base paper are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, ensuring sustainable sourcing and 100% recyclable and biodegradable finished products.
Durability and reusability are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. The corrugated structure gives the box exceptional compression and cushioning performance—it can withstand tens of kilograms of static pressure vertically without collapsing and has strong puncture resistance horizontally. We can also treat the box for moisture resistance, coating the linerboard with food-grade waterproof varnish or covering it with a biodegradable moisture-proof film, ensuring the box remains sturdy and does not easily soften or deform in humid environments or cold chain transportation. Double crease stitching along the edges ensures accurate folding and prevents tearing even after repeated opening and closing. Reinforced linings are added to the handles to prevent tearing even when repeatedly lifting heavy objects. These processes allow a single box to be reused dozens of times, from e-commerce shipping to home storage, from factory turnover to moving packing, offering long-term use far exceeding the lifespan of disposable packaging.
