Each custom-made self-adhesive DIY card-bound photo album is a perfect blend of storage and emotional memories. Behind it lies a series of meticulous processes, from material selection to assembly.
First, the PU cover is manufactured. We select high-quality, high-density PU leather, which is delicate and supple to the touch, wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and environmentally friendly with no odor. After the leather is precisely cut by an automatic cutting machine, it enters the cover customization stage. According to customer needs, personalized text, logos, or patterns can be permanently displayed on the cover through processes such as hot stamping, embossing, or UV printing—whether it’s a baby’s name, a couple’s anniversary, or travel-themed illustrations, this album can possess a unique soul from the very beginning.
Finally, exquisite metal buttons are installed on the cover. The buttons are made of copper or alloy, with chrome plating or matte finish, making them both beautiful and durable. The buttons are riveted to the cover closure using a special mold, ensuring a clean and crisp opening and closing. This prevents inner pages from being exposed or falling out, and protects precious photos from dust. Gently unbuttoning the buttons is a tender reunion with memories.
The core structure lies in the binder installation. We use high-quality metal binders, typically with 3 or 6 holes, and a rust-proof surface. The binders are firmly secured to the inside of the spine with rivets, offering strong load-bearing capacity and remaining smooth and jam-free even after thousands of openings and closings. This binder mechanism gives the album the ability to easily add, remove, and replace pages—whether it’s a newly developed travel photo or a treasured postcard, simply open the binder to easily add or adjust the page order. You can categorize and archive pages by theme, using dividers to mark chapters like “Childhood,” “Graduation,” “Wedding,” and “Baby,” and expand with new pages at any time, never worrying about running out of space.
The inner pages feature a high-quality self-adhesive design. The bottom layer is made of thickened cardstock, covered with a high-transparency protective film. To use, simply peel off the protective film, place photos, cards, ticket stubs, Polaroid photos, etc., flat, then replace the film and smooth it out. It will be securely fixed without glue or tools, and can be repositioned repeatedly until the desired position is achieved. This design not only stores photos but also preserves concert tickets, travel maps, handwritten letters, dried flower bookmarks, and other three-dimensional items, making each page a three-dimensional memory puzzle.
