Our Enviromental Promise
When it comes to printing services, we consider everything from FSC-certified paper to eco-friendly ink selection, including the use of unnecessary waste during the production phase. While it’s difficult to be completely eco-friendly, we are committed to doing our part as much as possible.
Materials
Guangzhou Prolead Stationery Co., Ltd., a pioneer and socially responsible body in the printing services industry, has long been adhering to the concept of environmental protection. We are committed to creating a sustainable world by implementing green printing in as many aspects as possible, including paper, ink, design, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics. Environmentally friendly printing, a new era model, involves printing enterprises using environmentally friendly paper, specific inks, and special processes. This approach aims to reduce pollution, protect natural resources, and save industrial energy during the printing process. Additionally, it allows for the recycling of printed products after disposal. We source all our offset inks, electronic inks, and UV inks from suppliers who hold environmental certifications from the American Soybean Association (ASA). These environmentally friendly inks produce excellent printing results.
Our standard papers and boards are all FSC and acid-free. All papers are FSC certified. We can print our FSC logo within your notebook or packaging to ensure your clients and customers understand the full product chain.
We only print with low VOC inks and ensure that all of our materials and consumables are REACH compliant; all cloths used are OEKO-TEK compliant if they are not covered by our directives or sustainability compliance guidelines. Throughout production, we use low-environmental-impact water-based glues. When hot glue is required, we use low-VOC glues. Wherever possible, we refuse to use PVC-based products and materials.

Resource conservation and waste recycling
Prolead’s printing machines are Heidelberg printing machines and CTP plate-making machines. Can guarantee high quality printing services. The production process uses water, alcohol, ink, and various cleaning agents, which can lead to pollution. However, our production process strictly treats pollutants without pollution, so we reduce chemicals that impact the environment.
Every station in our production area has a variety of recycling and/or disposal bins. Our waste partners sort and repurpose or recycle the packaging (such as cardboard boxes and pallets) that our suppliers send us. We also carefully sort and recycle scrap paper, cardboard, plastic, and styrene.
We even use software that maximizes the principle area on press sheets, resulting in as many square inches as possible to reduce waste. We often use recyclable materials such as laminated paper, plastic tubes, ink canisters, foam core, waxy paper, and tape for energy recovery.

We work with global couriers, including DPD, FedEx, TNT, and DHL, all of whom have policies to mitigate the negatives from global supply chains, including offering carbon-neutral shipping. Our factory is within hours of the port, allowing us to sea freight bulk shipments when appropriate. When it comes to printing services, we have a reliable supply chain to meet your requirements.
