In response to any issues that may arise during the operation of the order, Guangzhou Prolead Stationery Co., Ltd.(Hereinafter referred to as:Proleadstationery) hereby makes the following terms and conditions statements:

Content Statement

1. 1. About Accuracy

Proleadstationery provides printing services to our clients for office, information, education, learning. Printed content is provided by the customer “as is”. Proleadstationery assumes no responsibility for errors or expenses incurred as a result of direct or indirect reference to these contents.

Proleadstationery makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of these contents, and does not warrant that the contents will be error-free or that errors will be corrected.

Proleadstationery is not responsible for maintaining backup copies, or for damage to or loss of any documents submitted by the customers.

2. 2. About Legality

Proleadstationery does not print any text or image that involve pornography, obscenity, or strong violence. In addition, Proleadstationery will not print content that is profane, offensive or derogatory to any race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or any other group protected by law.

Proleadstationery will not print any subject matter that may be prohibited, regulated or restricted by China or USA or international law; Proleadstationery cannot provide official advice on such matters, and Proleadstationery is acceptance of any order does not imply a warranty as to the legality of the content.

If any order is withheld by a governmental or quasi-governmental agency for violation of international, national, state, provincial or local laws, the customer is solely responsible for the material, including the full cost of the material and any fines or legal actions imposed. Orders returned to Proleadstationery for violation of law or regulation are not eligible for compensation and/or refund.

International, national, state, provincial or local laws may require certain industries or professions to list certain licensing, certification or registration information on printed materials. Proleadstationery is not responsible for determining whether such listings are required or recommended, and cannot provide advice or warranties on the subject matter.

3. 3. About Copyright

The customer retains the copyright, trademark and any other intellectual property rights in materials or items submitted to Proleadstationery for printing, and Proleadstationery assumes the role of manufacturer only and does not act as a publisher or agent.

The customer is responsible for fully warranting and representing that the materials provided do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including any international rights, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Proleadstationery reserves the right to require proper documentation of any or all of the materials to prove that the customer has obtained proper authorization to reproduce the intellectual property rights of others. If any or all of the contents of a project are found to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, customer shall be solely responsible for such materials, even if Proleadstationery has requested proof of authorization and approved the project for printing.

4. 4. About Third Parties

Proleadstationery may post references, links or content containing content from third party sources. The inclusion of references, links or third-party content does not in any way imply endorsement, cooperation, approval or any relationship between the subject of Proleadstationery, our employees or our shareholders and third parties.

Proleadstationery is content may contain the intellectual property rights of others, and Proleadstationery includes these items for informational and illustrative purposes only and makes no claim to the intellectual property rights of third parties. Besides, the use of such third party intellectual property in any way does not imply endorsement, cooperation, approval or any relationship between the subject of Proleadstationery, our employees or our shareholders and the third party.

Manufacturing Statement

1. 1. About Agency And Distribution

Guangzhou Prolead Stationery Co., Ltd. is mainly a notebook printer and wholesaler. The domain name (https://www.proleadstationery.com) and the associated social media platform to which it belongs. proleadstationery is not responsible for any financial losses or inferior products caused by counterfeit companies, agents or distributors.

2. 2. About Materials And Equipment

All orders will be produced using industry standard equipment, materials and practices, and proleadstationery reserves the right to determine or modify the materials, equipment and practices used to produce each order as long as it does not differ materially from the final accepted offer.

3. 3. About Proofs

proleadstationery provides digital proofs for each order at no charge. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the digital proofs, which includes all artwork elements – layout, placement, images, colors, text, spelling, grammar, etc. If there are any printing issues, the customer is asked to purchase a hard copy proof (physical printing sample) for review before mass production is approved.

4. 4. About Variations

Due to the basic nature of printing, slight differences in alignment, registration and color may occur throughout the production process. proleadstationery can only promise to minimize the differences to the extent allowed by the customer.

Payment Statement

1. 1. About Refunds

Because proleadstationery products are custom made, all sales cannot be cancelled, disputed or refunded once production has begun. If the customer decides to stop the order during the production process, the material costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of production-related defects, all issues must be brought to proleadstationery is attention within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for appropriate compensation and/or replacement.

2. 2. About Payment And Refusal To Pay

All payments will be denominated in U.S. dollars and are subject to the current exchange rate as determined by the issuing financial institution. Payments received from foreign accounts may be subject to transaction fees or other charges, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

proleadstationery reserves the right to charge any fees associated with the customer’s project at any time, including after completion of the project, to the payment method on file with the customer. In some cases, proleadstationery may submit or otherwise transfer such fees to governmental or quasi-governmental agencies, but will not be responsible if such submissions are lost, misdirected, or rejected. If this occurs, you may be responsible for payment of fees directly to the appropriate agency.

By entering or providing proleadstationery with a customer’s credit or debit card number and related billing information, it is tantamount to agreeing to authorize proleadstationery to immediately charge your account with an electronic signature, as well as any additional fees or penalties in the future.

proleadstationery reserves the right to retain the customer’s credit card number and related billing information and to charge him or her, without notice or additional authorization, any additional fees, charges or penalties imposed under any of the policies or additional products or services listed in the Terms and Conditions as requested by the customer.

If a customer initiates a chargeback with proleadstationery and the financial institution ultimately decides the dispute in proleadstationery is favor, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback, including, but not limited to, penalties levied by the credit card issuer against us and the time spent by our staff researching and resolving the issue.

If paying by debit card, please note that your card has a temporary authorization or “hold” on it. This fee will be refunded to you in accordance with your financial institution’s policies, over which proleadstationery has no control. And proleadstationery is not responsible for such temporary fees or any penalties incurred as a result. To avoid this, please pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, or make sure there are sufficient funds in the account associated with the debit account.

          3.About replenishment

Because we are a customized manufacturer, our products are produced according to customer requirements and we will not have products in stock, so replenishment requires re-quoting.

          4.About Taxes

Customer is solely responsible for the identification and payment of all taxes, import fees, duties, GST, VAT or other fees imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental agencies or related charges. Such charges are not included in any proleadstationery is pricing unless expressly stated in the accepted offer.

Shipping Statement

1. 1. About order delivery time

While proleadstationery works under standard turnover times, orders will always be produced as quickly as possible and without sacrificing product quality.

proleadstationery does not guarantee the delivery date of any order. Delivery times provided to customers are estimates only and orders may arrive before, during or after these dates and may be delayed for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to weather, labor fluctuations, market conditions and government inspections or delays. If delivery is required prior to the arrival date specified in the order, any expedited shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

2. 2. About Shipping

proleadstationery is not responsible for inaccurate or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred as a result of orders that need to be re-shipped or forwarded are the responsibility of the customer.

proleadstationery can not guarantee that any order will be delivered by the agreed date, orders may arrive before, during or after the agreed date and may be delayed for a variety of reasons, including delays caused by weather, labor fluctuations, market conditions and government inspections. If there are force majeure factors, we will communicate with you in time.

If an item is damaged as a result of shipping, please contact proleadstationery as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement, and proleadstationery may request the customer’s assistance in providing pictures, video or documentation of the damaged shipment in order to file the applicable claim with our carrier.

The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or charges incurred for orders shipped outside of China.

Modification Statement

Guangzhou Prolead Stationery Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
