When applying the embossing process, factors such as the thickness, depth, and material of the printing plate, the thickness and toughness of the printing paper, the pressure of the embossed printing machine, and the type of embossing, all contribute to the unique characteristics of your products.
Engraved embossing: The convex surface is a three-dimensional planar structure that makes the overall figure emerge, but the peripheral outline should change according to the picture design, creating a similar effect to engraving. You can determine the height of embossing based on specific needs.
Plain embossing: In and around the embossed area, there is no printed pattern. Paper requirements depend on the specific design graphics, but paper with a light color, long fibers, and high toughness is more suitable for the plain embossing process.
Seal inscription embossing: During printing, we leave a blank area. This area undergoes an embossing process to fully present the design picture.
Multi-convex: Using the laser engraving version, the layers are clear, and the upper and lower gaps are large.Multiple convex embossments can form an integrated concave and convex template when the thickness, toughness, and surface tension of the paper are sufficient, and the undulating surface effect can enhance the artistic effect of the picture..
Hot stamping and embossing: We complete both embossing and hot stamping simultaneously. Brass generally serves as the template for hot stamping and embossing, ensuring the accuracy and durability of the process.
