1. Return service
• Since we are a stationery custom wholesale factory, we will make samples for you to confirm before producing large quantities. We have professional quality inspectors in all aspects of production to avoid quality problems.
• We understand that there may be times when you wish to return a product to us.
• We have a 7-day return policy in place to enable you to return products to us where appropriate.
2. Return request
If you have no other legal right to return the product and receive a refund or exchange, you still have the right to return the product to us if:
A. The goods are seriously damaged during transportation.
B. The goods have serious quality defects.
C. The product is unused and comes in its original packaging.
D. Comply with the above A\B\C conditions, no more than 7 days after receipt of goods.
E. For customized products, if you have confirmed the sample, we cannot return it.
3. Return process
In order to take advantage of your rights under this Returns Policy, you must:
A. Notify us by emailing prolead@proleadstationery.com that you wish to return the product.
B. Return details can be communicated with our customers.
4. Refund
A. If the product is damaged or defective, we can replenish it to you in time and we will bear all the costs.
B. If you must ask for a refund, no restocking will be possible. We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the product to us if it is defective, but excluding the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the product to us for any other reason.
