UV printing notebook cover
Local UV glazing is a type of surface finishing technology for printed matter. It is so named because it uses UV varnish with high brightness, transparency and wear resistance to selectively varnish printed graphics and text. While highlighting the layout theme, it also improves the surface decoration effect of the printed matter. Partial UV is mainly used in post-printing finishing of book covers and packaging products to achieve the purpose of making printed products more beautiful.
prolead has specially supplied UV inks and machines for cover UV processing. The characteristics of the UV process make the printed surface bright, beautiful and rounded in texture, which can significantly improve the overall appearance of the printed matter.

UV can add stunning effects to your notebook
UV technology is widely used in notebook covers, calendar covers, and book covers. Significantly improve the visual effect and texture of printed matter. The following are some of the main features of UV printing effects:
Strong three-dimensional sense: UV printing makes the pattern more three-dimensional and the texture of the picture is clear, as if the pattern is floating on the base material, bringing about the effect of relief engraving.
High brightness: The characteristics of UV ink make the printed pattern surface bright, beautiful and round in texture, which can significantly improve the overall appearance of the printed matter.
Bright colors: UV printing can maintain the vividness and brightness of colors. Whether it is text or patterns, they can remain clear and beautiful without blur, ensuring a high degree of restoration of the printed matter and the original image.
High definition: UV printing pictures and texts are clear, with solid outlines and strong texture. Whether it is text or patterns, they can present extremely high definition and visual beauty.
Good stability: UV printing ink has good stability after curing and is not easily scratched or worn, allowing the printed matter to maintain excellent visual effects for a long time.

Hybrid ink technology
Since UV printing or UV glazing is not suitable for application on the surface of highly absorbent printing materials, and the adhesion of the printing ink surface is poor, most of them require online UV glazing. If all printing is done with UV ink, the cost will inevitably increase. : If ordinary inks are used for printing, lamination or full varnishing is required before glazing, which undoubtedly hinders the application of offset printing online varnishing. The mixed ink technology effectively solves this bottleneck problem. It combines the advantages of UV inks and traditional inks in terms of performance, that is, the advantages of light curing and oxidative polymerization and drying. It improves the synergistic effect of the ink surface and UV varnish, paving the way for online glazing of offset printing.
Reverse lighting
Reverse glazing (Pro-Cure) is compared to traditional partial glazing. The traditional glazing method (flexographic printing, screen printing or gravure printing) is used for local glazing. Finally, a local glazing plate must be used for printing to achieve a high-contrast effect of local graphics and text. Therefore, the overprint accuracy of glazing and printing becomes glazing. Craftsmanship is the key. The reverse glazing process breaks through the above laws and solves the registration problem.
Online UV varnishing
For flexographic printing and gravure printing, online varnishing is no longer a new technology. However, for offset printing, which has a wide range of applications and high printing accuracy and speed, it is launched under the call for differentiation and value-added services. glazing technology with innovative ideas. There are four main forms of online UV glazing methods that have been applied: ordinary ink + double glazing (water-based glazing + UV glazing); mixed ink + UV glazing; UV ink + UV glazing; UV ink + OP oil + UV glazing (reverse glazing).
